Fortela — One of my favorite brands to (reluctantly) gate keep. Fortela is a Milan-only gem that industry insiders whisper about. The kind of place you discover through a stylist friend or a creative director’s packing list. It’s what would happen if Ralph Lauren spent a summer in Tokyo and came back through Milan — heritage tailoring meets Japanese selvedge precision, all with an Italian shrug. The vibe is somewhere between an old-world equestrian and a Milanese creative director on her weekend off.
